Portable Design
As of March 2001 Portable Design has revamped thier web page to be more of a resource for designers. In addition, they have added a searchable online archive that goes back to November 1995. Unfortunately, a free registration is required to access the archive.
A nice addition to the web page is a link to the current issue.
